Other customer data is stored by Zone Productions with trusted sources, Google Workspace and Kiwili. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data warehouses. How long is your data retained?
As we strive to retain our customers for the long term, data is retained indefinitely. This allows us to provide rapid support when our customers request it. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
What are your rights regarding your data?
